Below are some important details for anyone planning to attend:

PLAN YOUR DAY!

There's so much to see and do at EdRev 2012. Get a head start by planning your day from the online interactive schedule.

WAIVER REQUIRED for Fan Lot and Baseball Activities:

If you or your children want access to the Fan Lot or to participate in Base Running, the Pop-fly Machine, Batting Tunnels or Speed Pitch, you MUST sign a waiver.  AT&T Park personnel will be collecting signed waivers and issuing wrist bands at the entrance to the Ball Park on Saturday. Parents must complete the waiver for children under 18 years old. LOCATION & PARKING:

AT&T Park is located at: 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107. Enter through the Willie Mays Gate at the Main Plaza.

Parking is at Lot A, accessed from 3rd Street.  Parking is a flat rate of $8 to park all day if you arrive before 12 noon. After that time the metered rate applies.

FOOD:

A coffee cart will be open on Level 3 from 9am to 10:30am. Beverages and food will be available for purchase from the concessions on Level 3 from 11am to 3pm. You are also welcome to bring your own. You are not allowed to bring hard-sided coolers (soft-sided are okay) or glass or aluminum containers into the ballpark.

WEATHER:

AT&T Park is located by the water in San Francisco. Activities will take place both inside and outside at the ballpark all day. The weather can vary from cool and windy to quite warm and sunny. Please come prepared for both.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY:

Please be advised that the events of this day may be documented on video and camera by the organizers of this event. Your likeness and voice may be photographed/recorded. Anyone wishing not to be filmed should identify themselves at such time as a camera is observed. Thank you for participating in the documentation of EdRev 2012!

NO CHILD CARE

As a reminder, there is no child care available. Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
